Individual therapy

Linda offers individual therapy to adolescents and adults.  Linda sees mental health challenges as an opportunity to bring awareness and clarity to how we approach life and what patterns of thought, emotion and behavior keep us stuck.   The discomfort of anxiety, depression, anger and relationship difficulties are nudges from our internal compass to find a new way forward rather than settle or continue painful themes in our life.

Linda’s approach to therapy includes education about core principles of wellness, mind body practices to deepen our ability to notice, listen to and live from our inner wisdom, and Brainspotting: a brain body method of releasing the negative affects of traumatic experience.
