Next group to start spring of 2024

Connect with like minded people and learn and practice the following mind body methods:

  • mindful eating

Great way for healing professionals to practice self care and learn new methods to share.

$240 for 8 week group (sliding fee scale available)

Yoga Calm teaches mindfulness and movement to children and adolescents.It teaches self regulation, skills in focusing and attention, and connection in community.It is proven to be helpful in treatment of depression, anxiety, and attention related difficulties.
